The site's postcode is KT3 3HT- the main entrance is between numbers 174 and 176 Elm Road.

Members of the committee are volunteers, there is no entry qualification or requirement other than being a member of the ERAA i.e you must hold a sub-tenancy agreement on the Elm Road Site. Officers of the Association are appointed by the AGM which is held every year in November.
